Nice except for door service. You should take care of your guests and not the taxi drivers
Front desk service nice
Door service. On Sunday morning departure to airport, I asked concierge I wanted a yellow metered taxi. When I was informed taxi arrived, it was a white taxi. I said I wanted a metered taxi and was told this was metered to airport. Upon arrival at airport, the 240 peso metered was quickly turned off and was told 900. I argued that it was a metered and taxi said fix charge 900. Argued down to 500 which pissed me off as I think I was set up by the hotel, and regretted give a 300 peso tip to concierge. I believe your hotel was part of the scam to overcharge. I will never get into a white cab again as it's always a hassle to pay since they always want to charge 2-3 times more
